I am a multifaceted movement professional who specialises in Pole Dance and Low Flow.
I see myself as a coach, an artist, a teacher, a life-long learner and a safeR space facilitator.
My approach is evidence-informed and strongly influenced by non-linear pedagogy.
I am increadibly greatful for anyone who I have worked with over the years! You helped me to keep going, grow and become very good at what I love doing. Thank you!
In my movement career, I’ve already had the opportunity to facilitate a diverse range of classes and workshops, both online and in person. These have included various styles of pole dance, flexibility training, conditioning and mobility classes, as well as floor work and chair dance. In summer 2024, I had the incredible opportunity to assist Dulce Villano in the Pole Bending workshop at ImPulsTanz, where I supported class flow, adapted activities for diverse needs, and provided technical guidance.
Next to being a certified pole dance teacher and a certified personal trainer, I hold a degree in law. Most recently became a kids sport instructor to expand my knowledge for the younger population and finished an Injury Recovery to Performance Specialist Course.
In my personal practice I put a strong focus on the DANCE in pole. I can get very excited about low flow, edge work and freestyle thrills. Furthermore I love analysing and breaking down complex movements as well as finding different ways to approach a movement puzzle. I love discussing the latest research, questioning posts on social media and debunking old fitness myths. You might be able to tell by now, I am quite a nerdy person!
After many years of being in the pole world and starting to self-identify as queer, neurospicy (hello AudHD), trans and non-binary, I became a strong voice advocating for trans*, inter* and non-binary people. The pole world has much work to do to become a space that truely welcomes people of any gender identity or expression, race, ethnicity, size, ability level and neurotype.
I also want to strongly achknowledge here that pole dance is rooted in sex work and that without strippers we wouldn’t have the pole dance we have today.
A reflection on my learning journey
Over the years, I’ve immersed myself in a variety of in-person and online courses, workshops, and books. These experiences have covered a broad range of topics, including training and teaching methods, anatomy, embodiment, diet culture, trauma, consent, weight stigma, racism, queerness, and pedagogy. Each subject has expanded my perspective and deepened my understanding of the complexities involved in movement and human interaction.
As I gained more movement-related knowledge, I began to realize that many of the things I was initially taught—and wholeheartedly believed—weren’t as accurate or straightforward as they once seemed. This realization has helped me develop into a more critical thinker and a more open-minded person. I’ve learned to question my own beliefs and assumptions, which has ultimately strengthened my ability to engage with others in a more thoughtful and compassionate way.
Today, I feel deeply connected to the insights I’ve gained through this journey. I’ve learned to question not only my own beliefs and assumptions but also the material I encounter, which has ultimately strengthened my ability to engage with both new information and others in a more thoughtful and compassionate way.

You will find a wide range of workshops open to beginners, advanced dancers and professionals, performances and free public moves classes! Here are some off-pole dance workshops I can highly recommend to expand your movement repertoir: Limón Technique – Risa Steinberg, HipHop – Comfort Fedoke, Afro-Fusion – Alleyne Dance, Let The Fat Bitch Slay – Ina Holub & Anna Gaberscik, Deep Movement Consciousness – Peter Jasko, In the Moment – Samantha van Wissen, Tools for Partnering – German Jauregui
